The building came into existence 1987 on the top of “Bycza Góra”. It was built according to the jakub Gay project. It is an interesting example of the first half of XIX century as it has a shallow storied projection on an axis and a hip-roof, and on side parts a ridge-roof. It came into being thanks to the tsar Mikołaj I – it was a present to the resort visitors. The resort is a physiotherapeutic structure offering 16 types of treatment. There are 7 single rooms, 12 double rooms and rooms for three fully equipped. There is a canteen and a car park. The building is adjusted to the needs of the disabled.
