Solanka jodkowa

It comes from the deep deposits of the Miocene sea, formed millions of years ago. It contains chloride ions (anions) and sodium ions (cations) in a concentration above 1.5%, as well as important for the body bio-elements and microelements (sodium, potassium, magnesium, selenium, iodine, bromine, iron and others). Their absorption is facilitated by a so-called salt coat formed by salt crystals deposited in the skin that change its electrical charge. Iodine brine used in baths improves peripheral circulation, myocardial efficiency, increases immunity, strengthens the nervous system and reduces stress level. It also shows analgesic properties by reducing the excitability of nerve endings. It has a positive effect on the work of the autonomic nervous system, normalizes blood pressure, relaxes muscles and improves blood supply in tissues. Brine and iodine baths are particularly recommended for rheumatological, post-traumatic musculoskeletal disorders, neurological (discopathy, neuralgia), circulatory disorders and chronic vegetative neurosis and respiratory diseases.
